Neel Sathasivam is a member of the board of directors and one among the promoters of eNoah I solution company. He is a pioneer in outsourcing, has proven competence in migration over several diverse process-transforming businesses; improving quality and deriving significant cost savings through process optimization, process re-engineering and best practices. He was responsible for formulating world-class infrastructure set up for both BPO and IT operations at Ford and lately at Pfizer.

Neel launched and managed shared service centers for the Ford companies in Nordic and Central European regions. He was instrumental in setting up the Ford Global Shared Service Center that grew from 17 to 700 employees during his time as the Managing Director.

Under his leadership, the Ford Global Shared Service Center received the Golden Peacock National awards for Quality & Innovation in implementing ISO, Six Sigma, Sarbanes & Oxley and 5S quality standards. It won the Ford President's Customer Driven Quality award for distinguished achievements towards customer satisfaction. It also received the Ford Chairman's accolade for its outstanding volunteer work in the local community.

Neel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. (FCMA). He has 37 of experience in the areas of Finance, Corporate Governance and BPO while he was in Ford Motor Company. He was the head of Internal Audit for Ford European Operations during 1991-1995.

Ramesh has 20 years of all-round experience in Accounting, Corporate Governance, Profit Center Management, Business Development, Business Process Outsourcing and implementation of ISO Quality standards, is one among the promoters. His work experience is mostly spread across Unilever and Ford Motor Company.

He was the Global Business Development Manager of Ford Global Shared Service Center based out of India and is privy to the best global practices. He was instrumental in migrating Accounting, Analytical Supply Chain, Auditing and Purchasing back office work of Ford (North America, Europe & Asia Pacific) to India which resulted in significant cost saving, improved quality and delivery.

Prior to this, he was the Regional Internal Auditor for Ford in Asia Pacific. He was responsible for Corporate Governance in Ford units across 13 countries and also established the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for the European operation in the Ford Global Shared Service Center.

While at Unilever, he was the Profit Center Commercial Manager responsible for driving profit targets. He was also responsible for piloting and implementing the ERP solution MFGPRO for his Division. Ramesh is a Cost Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor (Florida, USA).

Balu is one of the promoters and a member of the Board of eNoah iSolution. He has expertise in Insurance Services covering Business Development, Operations, Training, and Managing financial advisor network. He has 18 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry in the USA. He was the Vice President - Marketing at Linsco/Private Ledger (LPL Insurance, CA) and was earlier General Manager of Insurance Services at Associated Securities Corp. (Pacific Life).

Balu has provided expertise and training in advanced Estate & Financial planning concepts to 5600+ financial advisors. The training included in-depth knowledge of product, software, case design and competitive strategies. He also handled KPO work from India for Transamerica Life in the areas of buy-sell agreements, key-man insurance, irrevocable trusts, estate planning and policy.

Balu has negotiated and coordinated selling & commission agreements with over 50 different insurance companies, generating 4.2 billion USD in Annuity sales and 150 million USD in Life Insurance sales for LPL.

Balu completed his MBA in International Marketing & BS in Electronic Engineering from the Pacific States University, Los Angeles.

Raj has over a decade of experience in trans-national / trans-cultural environments in all his previous companies for HR and Business Development.

Former Senior Manager - Global Corporate HR of Ma Foi Management Consultants (India's No.1 HR & HRO Company, part of Randstad Inc.,). Prior to Ma Foi he has held key positions in Hyundai Motor, Penta Media Graphics, Clariant and AMP Sanmar Life Insurance.

Raj has played lead roles in HR Outsourcing Business Services, building Processes & Systems for Learning & Development, Culture building, Talent attraction, OD interventions, HRIS, Leadership Coaching, Best Practices Building, Retention Strategies etc.

Raj has extensive experience in Thomas Profiling and many other Psychometric assessment tools like, 16PF, Synapse, MBTI, WBTI. He is best known for his Creative HR interventions in all his Organizations.

Raj has experience in PCMM, ISO standards, QA norms, 5S, TQM, TPM & Six Sigma practices. He has full life cycle time experiences in customization and implementation of ERP tools like "Ramco Marshall", SAP, CHRIS and many interactive e-learning tools.

Raj received his Ph.D. in the field of HR in specific focus to Outsourcing & Organizational Behavior, a Master's in Social Work & a Degree in Labor Management & Labor Laws. He is a visiting faculty for many Indian Institutes / Colleges for their Management Studies and an active contributor in Social welfare Activities.

RK has 14 years of experience in IT industry mainly in the areas of Insurance & Financial Services, Automobile & Manufacturing and ERP. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies including Ford - Europe & Asia Pacific, Aiwa - Singapore & Asia Pacific, Prudential Insurance - UK, AXA Insurance - UK, Lawson - US. During his time there, he led teams responsible for software development technology, web and electronic commerce technologies and operations.

RK excels in Delivery Management (P&L), Operations Management, Bid/Solution Management, Contract Management, Business Relationship and People Management and R&D in Financial Services & Insurance. At eNoah, some of the key initiatives handled by him are: transforming the systems, processes and infrastructure to enable growth and scalability along with continues process improvement with the aim of achieving CMMI certification.

RK is trained and certified in ITIL (Foundation) directives on IT Service Management and as Oracle Certified professional (OCP), Oracle Financials, Sun Java Programming, J2EE, Project Management, Six Sigma process improvement methodology and Lawson ERP and on Leadership Assessment.

RK has received top awards for his outstanding achievements from Lawson, Xansa, Ford and Aiwa. He also has presented a White Paper on Concurrent Engineering, published in iMech magazine. He holds a BE (Mechanical) from India, P.G. Certificate (Operation Research & Organizational Behavior) from UK, P.G Diploma in Business Management, from ICFAI India and is currently pursuing an MBA in Insurance from ICFAI India.

Sri Babu has 16 years of international consulting experience across 20 countries in more than 5 industries. His experience in IT industry covered: 3 ERP solutions - SAP, Mfgpro and Infor; E-business Solutions; CRM solutions - Siebel and Onyx; Extended ERP Solutions - Optio, Qxtend, Filenet and Progress Solutions.

During this period, he has delivered IT projects to more than 40 different multinational companies. These included: Johnson Controls (s), Moog ASIA Pacific, Philips Electronics Singapore, Fujitsu Asia, BASF, Titan Resources Management, Nalco Pacific, Atos Origin Singapore.

Sri Babu is a Results-proven managing consultant with solid functional and managerial abilities. He has been exposed to management decision making tools and entrepreneurial methodologies. He is an expert in customer management, retention and negotiation skills. He has Implemented proven innovation strategies to improve business processes and identify new business opportunities and also is an expert in PMI Project management tools.

Sri Babu excels in personal commitment and in building rapport with the customer. He is trained in change-management strategies and best practices in management (public listed and family owned) and in TRIZ Turbo - product development strategies used by Russian scientists.

Sri Babu has a BS in Science from India and Masters in International Business & Consulting from Hult International Business School Boston, USA.
