Chairman & CEO
Neel Sathasivam, the pioneer in outsourcing, has proven competence in migration over several diverse process-transforming businesses; improving quality and deriving significant cost savings through process optimization, process re-engineering and best practices. He also has set up world-class infrastructure for BPO and IT operations at Ford and lately at Pfizer.
Neel launched and managed shared service centers for the Ford companies in the Nordic and Central European regions during 1985-1990. He was instrumental in setting up the Ford Global Shared Service Center in 1998 that grew from 17 to 700 employees during his time as the Managing Director.
Under his leadership, the Ford Global Shared Service Center received the Golden Peacock National award for Quality & Innovation in implementing ISO, Six Sigma, Sarbanes & Oxley and 5S quality standards. It won the Ford President's Customer Driven Quality award for distinguished achievements towards customer satisfaction. It also received the Ford Chairman's accolade for its outstanding volunteer work in the local community.
Neel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, U.K. (FCMA). He worked at Ford Motor Company for 37 years in the areas of Finance, Corporate Governance and BPO. He was the head of Internal Audit for Ford European Operations during 1991-1995.
Senior Vice-President Global Business Development
M. Balasubramanian (Balu) has expertise in Insurance Services covering Business Development, Operations, Training, and Managing financial advisor network. He has 18 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry in the USA. He was the Vice President - Marketing at Linsco/Private Ledger (LPL Insurance), CA and was earlier General Manager of Insurance Services at Associated Securities Corp. (Pacific Life).
He has provided expertise and training in advanced Estate & Financial planning concepts to 5600+ financial advisors. The training included in-depth knowledge of product, software, case design and competitive strategies. He also handled KPO work from India for Transamerica Life in the areas of buy-sell agreements, key-man insurance, irrevocable trusts, estate planning and policy.
Balu has negotiated and coordinated selling & commission agreements with over 50 different insurance companies, generating 4.2 billion USD in Annuity sales and 150 million USD in Life Insurance sales for LPL.
He completed his MBA in International Marketing & BS in Electronic Engineering from the Pacific States University, Los Angeles.
Senior Vice-President Project Delivery & CFO
Ramesh Kumar has 20 years of all-round experience in Accounting, Corporate Governance, Profit Center Management, Business Development, Business Process Outsourcing and implementation of ISO Quality standards. His work experience is mostly spread across Unilever and Ford Motor Company.
He was the Global Business Development Manager of Ford Global Shared Service Center based out of India and is privy to the best global practices. He was instrumental in migrating Accounting, Analytical Supply Chain, Auditing and Purchasing back office work of Ford (North America, Europe & Asia Pacific) to India which resulted in significant cost saving, improved quality and delivery. Prior to this, he was the Regional Internal Auditor for Ford in Asia Pacific. He was responsible for Corporate Governance in Ford units across 13 countries and also established the Sarbanes Oxley compliance for the European operation in the Ford Global Shared Service Center.
While at Unilever, he was the Profit Center Commercial Manager responsible for driving profit targets. He was also responsible for piloting and implementing the ERP solution MFGPRO for his Division.
Ramesh is a Cost Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor (Florida, USA).
Senior Vice-President Operations
Subash Nair (Subash) has expertise in Product Development, Migration & Process Management, Delivery and Business Development with over 17 years of experience in Travel, Internet and eCommerce processes in India and USA.
He was handling eCommerce and travel industry initiatives covering Indian and USA markets for Sify Ltd., the largest Internet company in India. He had been the Head of Sales, Operations and Customer Service for Business Travel, Leisure Travel etc. of Cox & Kings (India) Ltd in Chennai, India. He has excellent knowledge of various airline and travel industry processes. He has also developed transaction-enabled online channels with in-depth knowledge of payment gateway mechanisms & fulfillment process.
Subash is IATA-UFTAA qualified, and holds a PGDGM from NMIMS, Mumbai.
Vice President - HR & HR Services
Dr. V. P Rajkumar (Raj) has over a decade of experience in Trans-national / Trans-cultural environments in all his previous companies for HR and Business Development.
Former Senior Manager-Global Corporate HR of Ma Foi Management Consultants (India's No.1 HR & HRO Company, part of Randstad Inc.,). Prior to Ma Foi he has held key positions in Hyundai Motor, Penta Media Graphics, Clariant and AMP Sanmar Life Insurance.
Raj has played lead roles in HR Outsourcing Business Services, building Processes & Systems for Learning & Development, Culture building, Talent attraction, OD interventions, HRIS, Leadership Coaching, Best Practices Building, Retention Strategies etc,.
He has extensive experience in Thomas Profiling and many other Psychometric assessment tools like, 16PF, Synapse, MBTI, WBTI. He is best known for his Creative HR interventions in all his Organizations.
Raj has experience in PCMM, ISO standards, QA norms, 5S, TQM, TPM & Six Sigma practices. He has full life cycle time experiences in customization and implementation of ERP tools like "Ramco Marshall", SAP, CHRIS and many interactive e-learning tools.
He has got his doctorate in the field of HR in specific focus to Outsourcing & Organizational Behavior, a Master's in Social Work & a Degree in Labor Management & Labor Laws. He is a visiting faculty for many Indian Institutes / Colleges for their Management Studies and an active contributor in Social welfare Activities.
Vice President - IT Services
S Manivannan has over two decades of experience in IT Industry. He has provided services and solutions to various Industries covering Software development, IT Management, ERP implementation and Product Management. His earlier experience in the IT Industry included work at FXA Group, ITTI, Danfoss and Unilever group.
Major part of his career is devoted to managing projects in one of the leading ERP product MFG/PRO. He has experience in setting up green-field IT infrastructure, Global Help Desk and support processes to clients like Ford, Visteon, Unilever, etc. He had managed a unique product providing food traceability solutions to large players in global Food Supply Chain. He has driven many Business Process Reengineering projects to success. He completed his MBA in Systems & Entrepreneur Development from PSG College of Technology.
