eNoah is dedicated to supporting corporate community programs as part of the Company's broader focus on its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Through this effort, employees strive to enhance the quality of life in the communities where they work and live, fulfilling eNoah's corporate goal of achieving excellence in public service.
eNoah allows each employee to use up to sixteen hours of company-paid work time during a calendar year to volunteer for an approved Voluntary Community Service Scheme (VCSS). The program is designed to support eNoah employees who currently do various types of community service and to help motivate other employees to volunteer their time in the communities.
eNoah’s comprehensive VCSS promotes and facilitate volunteerism among employees and their families. The Company allows employees to volunteer for approved non-profit, non-political programs and causes that they support. Through the program, the company is also encouraging employees look for projects where they can volunteer as a group to help foster team building within eNoah.
eNoah is committed in creating a platform for employees to get exposure and experience the societal responsibilities, thereby facilitate a societal change thru' individual change.
