Manoj provides business and IT strategy, management consulting, business development, go to market strategies and technology consulting. He has a decade of International experience in the space of ITES, BPO, KPO and Healthcare at a senior level.

 

Manoj has served as the COO and Director of Scryptions India Pvt Ltd where he has played a vital role in streamlining various operational processes, improved health care documentation and took key strategic decisions to improve the top lines and profitability. He was instrumental in commencing operations with an initial 20 man-team medical transcription team, and over the years had grown it to a several hundred people strong including incorporation of a Revenue Cycle Management team.

 

Manoj developed an innovative technology platform for Medical transcription companies. Part of his efforts have been to promote and enter into strategic business partnerships and leverage decade long industry contacts. Manoj has visited US frequently for Client meetings, presentations and Business Development.

 

Manoj has a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Dr. MGR Medical University and is pursuing executive fast track MBA in India. He is trained and certified in Oracle Financials and Six Sigma process improvement methodology.
